The Property Inspector covers most jurisdictions and we are committed to providing a personalized and professional service to each of our clients. We have a team of experienced Property Inspectors who are dedicated to supporting you maximize the best from your property, and this can only be done by looking after the bricks and mortar you own.

We provide excellent customer service, a quick response to requests, and a thorough building inspection inside and out. We check every room (unless told otherwise), we inspect the structure, cleanliness, state and condition of the walls, floors inc carpets, etc, halls, stairs, bathrooms, bedrooms, front room, kitchen inc cookers, etc, the garden and exterior. 

The report gives you the property owner the evidence of the current state and condition of the building, and whether or not the premises is being looked after to your satisfaction. 

If you are having trouble with a current tenant and need evidence of the state and condition of the property you own, we can attend with you and inspect it. 

Our detailed Property Inspection & Survey Reports will be typed up, and include photos of all rooms within the building (unless told otherwise). This report could then be used in a number of ways including; eviction notices, legal action, sales or rentals, etc. 

*For a little extra, we can also offer Home Energy Assessments Surveys by taking building measurements, data readings in relation to Dampness, Moisture and Temperatures of the property in question. This is useful when doing energy upgrades.

The simple answer is, surveys tend to be a report in more detail regarding the structure of a building, whereas an Inspection is all about the condition and state of a property. Both are thorough and professional however.
